* To qualify for the Australasian College of Phlebology Member rate you must be a member of the Australasian College of Phlebology. Non-members who register with this rate will be re-invoiced.
** To qualify for the developing countries rate you must be a fulltime resident of a low-income country as classified by the World Bank or a fulltime resident of any country within South America. You may be required to provide proof of residence.
*** To qualify for the Registrars / Residents/ Trainee Doctors rate, proof of your status as a registrar, resident or trainee doctors may be required.
**** To qualify for the Medical / Under graduate Student registration rate, proof of fulltime enrollment at a recognised university or college must be provided.
***** To qualify as an accompanying person you must be accompanying a fulltime delegate and not be employed within the industry.
